vCloud Director Browser Plugin..Not working.
I am having a bit of trouble attempting to use the vCloud Director / vSphere 5.x Web Plugin. The vmware-vmrc-win32-x86.exe. This allows users to manage vSphere and vCloud from Firefox or IE ver 9 and up, which is the way the we are moving and will be retiring the C client.
I have attempted launching an external session as apposed to embedded. The browser does not register the plugin, so it asks me to install it. However it does work on a normal browser launch. Any ideas on this one ? As I would appreciate it.

Could you take a look at the IE emulation mode? This is in File->Options | Session Types -? Web

I had the same issue. I have added links to my vCenter servers' Web Client URL. When I launch them directly within Internet Explorer, the client integration plug-in is loaded fine. When I launch from within RDM, I get the notice at the bottom of the screen to "Download the Client Integration Plug-in".
I tried setting the IE mode to IE 10 and IE 11, but neither one makes a difference.
The plug-in is a 32bit plug-in, so I decided to try and edit the URL session to force 32-bit. This seems to have allowed the plugin to load, but the rendering of vSphere page is extremely slow now. Any additional thoughts or suggestions to improve this?
