[Resolved]Can't find "serial number" in the variab

I dont'know if het is a bug or missing fonctionnality but, of I am blind, of there is no variable for the serial number in the macro.
I want to use it, for direct link to the driver of a computer on the site of the manufacturer.
For example : www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/be/fr/bebsdt1/servicetag/[+serial_number] And you go direct to the drivers list of the computer.

Hi,
You are not blind and it's missing. I will add it. Just to be sure you want the serial number or the service tag?

Hi,
When you create a new Macro/Script/Tool, you have one type called template. You can specify your template while configuring this macro/script/tool

It's need to be a Shared template (database template). Have you created a local template?

David Hervieux

Hi,
Stefane has found the problem. He is working on the solution. The problem was that the template host was replaced by the session host and this was breaking url. We will have an update soon.

What do you mean by soon ?

Hi,
It seems to work for me. Verify the Keep template host in the macro script tool and make sure it still checked.
