Seems like each session/connection you can assign groups, but not sure how the login as that user works.....
Do you have to have it all wrapped up in you intergrated security with the SQL database/ Windows NT domain login etc?
You can create in SQL Server users and groups. It's not related to the user domain. Also, for now the integrated security does not work with the users / groups settings. You must create in the database each user that you need.
After that, you can assign sessions in groups and limit the access to some users.
