Error Upgrading to Ver 5.9.0.0

Hi,

When I attempt to upgrade version 5.8.3.0 to 5.9.0.0 I receive the message "Remote Desktop Manager Must Be Closed To Continue.." and my choices are Abort, Retry, or Ignore. The problem is that this occurs when remote desktop manager is not actually running. I have even restarted the pc and attempted to upgrade when I receive the same error. Is it safe to click Ignore and proceed with the installation or will it possibly not install a critical component?

Hi,
We will change our installer soon, but I'm pretty sure that it safe to ignore. The installer is looking for a window with Remote Desktop Manager and maybe you have an Explorer window that match the title.

Hi David,

Thanks for the quick response. I found that the folder where the install file was saved is named Remote Desktop Manager. I renamed the folder, ran the installer, and no longer had the problem.
