Ive had some thoughts.
some king of "audit trail" box on each selection. so when ticked ther is a option for a user to enter a "reason for conning" each time they open a connection. or maybe a reason code bit like you get on windows server sutdown.
(I ask selective as this would be really annoying if you had to enter a reason each time...)
