Just installed RDM Enterprise 9.0.7.0 and I only see Sessions in the navigation plane. If I add a single credential entry it shows Credentials then but it does not allow me to add folders or anything else underneath the Credentials section. I would like to break up my Credentials section to consultants, service accounts and so forth (I've seen this done in other forum posts).
I have used PVM previously and was able to do that so I'm guessing that I'm missing something with RDM Enterprise. Thanks for the help.

Hi,
You need to set the group directly in the credentials configuration. For example if you want it in the folder test and the subfolder dev, you will set the group name to
test\dev

Works perfectly. Thanks for the help.
David,
Just realized when I followed your directions the folder/groups that I made under Credentials still show under Sessions. Is there any way to not have it do that or hide it?
Thanks,
Justin
Hi,
I think this was a bug in the version 9.0.7.0. Could you try the new version 9.0.8.0?

Hi David,
Sorry for the delay as I was out of the office. I just tried it in 9.0.8.0 and it works fine until you change the icon for the folder. By default it makes it a Folder but if I edit the Group/Folder to have a different icon it automatically creates it in the Sessions section again. I've tried selecting something from the left hand pane such as Identity for that icon and have also tried it by just selecting the image on the right. Either way I do it it automatically creates the folder in Sessions.
Thanks,
Justin
This is a known issue because the credential folders are virtual. They don't really exists and as soon as you edit it, it's create a real folder which is only supported by the session. This is a limitation due to the fact that you can merge your credentials into the session folder. This is an option in File->Options

Thanks David for the help.
