Preferences window auto resizing

This is more of a visual bug then a functionality bug.

In regards to the application Preferences window: The window currently is re-sized to the content of each tab. When you click on the Advanced tab the window is re-sized smaller such that you can not see the "Advanced" button. I suggest considering either limiting the minimum size of the window or simply not automatically resizing the Preferences windows at all.

Personally I find the resizing of that particular window distracting. I checked out a few other applications to see if a similar function was used but only found statically sized windows for Preferences.
