Crash when closing tab of cancelled RDP connection

Reproducible in 0.9.22.0.
1. click to open a session
2. when prompted for credentials do not enter any information
3. cancel the credentials
- results in a "Failure to connect..." message in the right hand window pane.
- tab does not close
- attempting to close the tab results in the application crashing.

Before attempting to close the tab of the failed session you can open other sessions, etc. The app only crashes when you click on the "x" of the failed session tab.
