Slow initial start RDM 8.4.4 via MSI installation
Dear Support,
we have following problem with the „Remote Desktop Manager“ installation:
If we install the program with the exe-installation program, the startingsequence between “double click” on the desktop icon and the full loaded application is very fast.
But if we install the „Remote Desktop Manager“ via the msi package the starting sequence is very very slow!!
What´s happen? Have you a solution? At the moment we use the 8.4.4 but the 9.0 has the same attitude.
OS: Win7 + SP1
Remote Desktop Manager 8.4.4. Win32

This is really strange. Could you try to install it with the zip file? I will verify the installer to see if there is a difference.

The installation with the zip file is also fast!!
Does the msi install it exactly in the same folder?

yes, exactly in the same folder.
Could you verify if you have the file remotedesktopmanager.exe.config after the msi installation? Please make sure to use the RDM 32 bit.

Could you try the version 9.0.7.0?
