Connection to RDMS server over HTTPS is not working, only HTTP.

Error message when trying to test connection: Error writing request: The authentication or decryption has failed.

Also it seems that if you change the address or any other value in the test connection window the changed values are not used, only after confirming the change and reopening the dialog.

RDMS Version: 2.2.7.0
RDM Mac Version: 0.9.7.0
MacOsX Version: 10.8.3

Hi,

For the controls not updating when you change them - that is now fixed and will be in the next release. In the meantime, once you tab out of a field, it's value should be updated.

For the error - can I ask what kind of SSL certificate you are using on the server? Is it a self-signed certificate?

Thanks, Richard

Hi,

It should not be a problem anymore in version 0.9.43.0.

Can you check if you still have the problem

Thank you

Hi,

On a new system with 10.9.1 and with self signed root CA installed I could create connection and finally connected successfully.

Thank you
