Closing/rebooting session doesn't remove tab

Noticed that rebooting some machines didn't cause the tab to disappear. And reconnecting to the server after the reboot caused another tab for the same machine to appear.

This is not yet implemented, but I have added it to our internal bug tracker and it should be fixed imminently.

Hi,

Version 0.9.45.0 fix this issue.
The tab should close automatically now by default.
This option can be change through the advanced preference for all connection or by connection in the More Tab.
