Connection to server keeps disconnect/connecting

After one of our servers upgraded to Server 2012, Remote Desktop Manager keeps disconnecting/connecting for two people at my office. Other people are not having this issue.

The screen blinks for 1sec and then its alive again. I can see that the RDP error message comes up saying disconnected, trying to reconnect, but it dissappears at once his connection is up again. This keeps going on every 30sec, really frustrating.

I have tried to reinstall Remote Desktop Manager. Any ideas?

I don't think it's related to RDM. Do you open the connection in embedded or external mode?

I think you are right sir, since we have found out that we get this issue also when only using RDP client from Microsoft.
