Putty Connection: Prompt for Credentials missing

Do you use Putty with a session or with the custom parameters?

It doesn't matter which one, the "open with Parameters" is missing for saved and custom alike. I use basically SecretServer Saved credentials. I just want to be able to select different credentials or just enter them on demand. Problem is, that the username is populated to the session - thus disabling the ability to login with any user/pwd.
