The application files are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/com.devolutions.remotedesktopmanager

If you haven't created any sensitive information, perhaps you can zip the files before you delete them and send them to me at rmarkiewicz[at]devolutions[dot]com; which will help me reproduce the issue.

I will investigate the issue with the fields on the error report form.

Mine crashed too. Just adding an an online source did it. Feels more like an alpha than a beta.

RDM mac edition has been in development for more than a year. It's really a complex development and we don't expect any of you to use it in production. This is a private beta and we know that we have a lot to do before the final release. However without your help it's very difficult to test all the cases.

I've sent the files along with my dropbox tokens redacted. Deleting the folder did allow me to open the program again.

Thanks for the quick reply. Not knowing what was saved or not I deleted the file as I did have a password set.

I'll try again now that the application launches and will reply to this thread if this issue comes back or create a new thread if the issue is completely different.

Hi,

This issue as been fixed in our latest release.
Unfortunately, the auto-update seems to have a problem so you will need to download the app again.

Happy to report with the new version I am able to use RDM as expected, to this point.
