Left work yesterday and all was well. I open up RDM today and I have a list of connections from 6+ months ago. I didn't even reboot my machine, it was in sleep mode until this morning.
I am just using a connections.mdb file in my Documents folder on Windows 7. I opened up the file in Access and see 237 entries....which I think is about right. I just don't see any other info apart from a GUID and <?xml version="1.0"?>.
Is there a place where other data is stored?

First backup your Access file just in case :-)
What version are you running?
Guid & "<?xml.." is normal, the xml field is a text field and it contains the entire session but you only see the first row of text in Access.
Do you have a filter? If so clear it.

If you CTRL+refresh (Refresh icon) do you see more sessions?

I am running 9.0.2.0 and just for kicks I looked in C:\Users\Mark\AppData\Local\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager and the file there was much smaller. I copied the one from C:\Users\Mark\Documents\RemoteDesktopManager (which is where it is defined in RDM) and low and behold....everything is back.
Have no idea why it is pulling from the profile directory opposed to where I have it set.
Odd, I will verify
Other than that all is good now?

I added the "correct" location to the data sources and deleted the default one pointing to the appdata dir. I closed RDM and opened it back up, seems to be pulling from the right place now and the data source is correct.
All is well now. Thanks.
