Way to access personal vault credential

Hello,

I'm searching how to access the personal vault credentials outside the settings. I mean for exemple in the contextual menu or in the dashboard action tab.

For now, I could only use them from the "user specific settings". The personal vault does not appear in the contexutal menu: Open with paramters ..
