Realvnc error

We are planning to purchase the enterprise edition of Remote Desktop Manager.We are currently using the trial version, We use RDM connect realVNC embedded but it is appears error " Unable to connect IP" I don't know RDM support realVNC or not ?

RDM does not support embedded RealVNC. It only support embedded UltravVNC because the RealVNC license is way too much expensive for us. However you can use it in external mode.
