Hi,
After the installation of an add'in, I'm always prompted for an admin. login to install an addon. And when I look into the addon manager, I do not see the addon.... v.9.02
Thank you for your help
Opening RDM as user: It ask for admin. right to finish install an addon
When I do that: RDM open as usual
I close and reopen RDM: it ask again for admin right
If I do "Esc", I got an error message: You need administrator rights to install the requested add-on. Please contact your system administrator". And the Ok button name's is : "butOk"
Thank you for your help
Which add-on exactly is requested?

I have experienced that with the VPN add-on. I select Juniper pulse

Could you make sure that this add-on is installed in the %LocalAppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager folder?
David Hervieux
Yes, the VPN add-on is here. I must say that my account is not local admin, and I use a dedicated account to raise the admin. rights when needed.
In the error message, It is not specifiy wich add-on need the admin rights. Even in the log there is nothing:
This is the message when I do "esc" instead of using my admin crednetials

Could you post a message with the error message.

This means that this add-on needs to be installed in the application folder. Could you give it a try?
David Hervieux
I have uninstalled all the add-ins and I still get the prompt UAC login... any idea ?
Could you go in the %LocalAppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager folder and delete the add-on folder
David Hervieux
Nice, it work now without the prompt :-)
Thank you David
