Not sure if anyone noticed this yet, and whether it is a valid report but still;
In version 8.4.5.0, when creating an entry of type Web Browser, and filling in the details of the form that is on the website, it works when you directly open the entry from within RDM, but all fields are empty when using the desktop shortcut that was created for the entry.
I'm not sure to understand. How do you know those fields are empty when you use the shortcut?

There is one field that needs to be completed with a code we get from the customer, so I can see the webpage with the user/password/token field.
The user/password are filled when I open the webpage from within RDM, so I only need to phone the customer for the tokencode. When I start the shortcut on my desktop I get a webpage with three empty fields (instead of only an empty tokencode field).
Hope I cleared it up :)
Would you mind to export me this session and send it to me. You can duplicate it and change the username and password since it's not supposed to to the auto login anyway.

Hi, did you check the example I sent you yet?
I now have several web browser entries that have no user/pass filled in when I do not start RDM before I click on a shortcut. When I have RDM (9.0.3.0) running in the background I can use the shortcuts on my desktop succesfully. Seems like the desktop shortcuts in combination with web browser entries does need RDM running in the background in order to work properly.
I was unable to reproduce it but I will verify again when RDM is closed.

Hi,
Were you able to test this? Reproducing this should be quite simple; just create a desktop shortcut to a weblogin connection, and close RDM, then try connecting using the shortcut on the desktop.
Thanks!
Hi,
I've just retried with RDM closed and it works fine for me. I've tried with the forum auto login. Could you try this specific web url?
