Reset password protection of my RDM 5.8.2

Hi,

How can i reset the password of my Remote Desktop Manager 5.8.2 ? I can't use it because i forgot my password.

I have uninstal it, delete all files in my session name in Document&settings. but when i reinstal it, it's always locked.

I have Windows XP sp3

Can you help me ?

I'm having the same issue, tried to make a new .cfg file, and .bak file and still no luck.

hi,
i have same problem, But i remeber my user not Password :(, can anyone help, now i don`t want my old passwords only i want to remove it deep and install new with new user and password

hace 2 dias instale la herramienta RemoteDesktopManager
por alguna razon alguien le configuro clave de acceso y no he podido dar con ella

ya he desinstalado el programa y vuelto a instalar y el problema continua, no se como poder volver a utilizar
el programa

I know of a way to get rid of the password but I cannot put it here. Could be a security flaw. I will send the info to support@devolutions.net.
