I'm trying to connect to our ScreenConnect server and make a session, but I keep getting "Unable to connect to the server. Please verify host, user name and password.". I have the connection filled out as I would for the web interface:
Host: https://share.qs1.com
Username: mydomain\myusername
Password: mypassword
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
What version of RDM do you use? We have made a fix in RDM 9.0 for Screen Connect 4

I just downloaded the product, so v9. I am attempting to connect to a SC server running v3.4 of their software. I am sure I am just entering something wrong, but being such a newb, I have no idea what it might be.

Sorry but we only support ScreenConnect "Forms Authentication".
"Windows Authentication" is not yet implemented.

So, since both products have been out for awhile, and you two are partners, am I to assume that Windows Authentication is something that won't be integrated?

At the time we didn't integrate the Windows Authentication because we were not able to login to ScreenConnect if it wasn't locally installed.
Since we enhanced our login technics and maybe that is now possible. I added that request to our to do list and we will advise you of any develloppement.
