v5.8.1.0 - will not start "minimized"

Hi

I am running the latest version on Windows 7 Enterprise and even if I set the "Startup window state" to "Minimized" the application always appears in the normal window on the desktop.

Is this a setting I have missed or is this an issue?

p.s. It behaves like this regardless of whether the Desktop shortcut is set to "Normal window", "Minimized" or "Maximized". This worked fine in v5.7.3.0.
