Hi,
When i RDP directly to one of our terminal servers i am able to remote control (shadow) a session through 'Terminal Services Manager'.
However, when i connect to the terminal server through 'Remote Desktop Manager' (Ver. 5.7.3.0) I cannot remote control the session.
It connects to the users session for about 1 second then immediately disconnects not only the users session but also my console session.
Any idea why this happens?
Also, is it possible to remote control a session directly from 'Remote Desktop Manager', i can view all terminal sessions from here: 'Edit' > 'Session Tools' > 'Terminal Sessions' but can't see anywhere to remote control.
Thanks in advanced.
Hi,
Sorry for the delay, can you try to connect with RDM in external mode and see if it works? It's not possible to remote control a session, there is no API for that as far as I know, but I will gladly add this if I can find a solution.
