Import Option not working

Works a charm on build 5.8.0.1 I get the import form...



However you were right my version of VisionApp was older... so won't work on the import... any other ideas on how to migrate?

Can you open the vrb file with notepad and check if it's an xml file? If it is, can you remove all the sensitive information and sent it to me at support@devolutions.net. I will try to support this format.

I'm using Visionapp Remote Desktop 2011 (7.0.3328.0) and have the same issue regarding the importing option.

RDM 6.6.0.0 displays an error:
"Unable to load the session from file"

I've created a new enviroment in Visionapp and added only a http connection to www.google.de.
(See the attached files)

How can I import it?
I want to avoid sending you my original xml file. It contains many sensitive information.

Edit2: If it's important: I'm using an eval license for RDM. Visionapp has a Company Global License.

With that build, I'm able to import my sessions.

Is that build a beta or a stable release?

It's not even an alpha version but I think that's stable. You can rollback to a previous version if you want or try this version.

At the moment, I'm only evaluating RDM. That release should be sufficiant.

Importing a vrb file is not possible. We don't know their format.
