Start Program on Connection

I am trying to configure RDP manager to start a program after connecting to a VPN and starting an RDP session but it does not launch the program whatever options I try.

I am testing trying to start a Notepad by using the following options

Program Path and File Name - C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe
Start in following folder - C:\Windows\System32\
(Screen Grab attached)

Any ideas if this is a bug or am I doing something wrong ???
