Are you using any options in your continuous ping to make it faster? I've noticed that over WAN links (multiple 6Mbps MPLS, maybe 40% used, 50-60ms latency) that a standard 'ping -t' from a client doesn't drop packets, but the continuous ping option in RDM does. The RDM ping also runs faster. We don't seem to notice the drops on local LAN connections so we're wondering if you're using any options and maybe not waiting long enough for an echo response.
Hi,
It's possible to configure the ping timeout in the Advanced tab of the option, by default it's 100ms. Can you verify if you increase this value if it's help ?

Yes, changing the delay from 100ms to 1000ms made the results from pinging within the tool match those of an independent app when checking systems across the WAN. Thanks.
