Manually sort groups in the treeview

A colleague of mine does not want to change his royal ts for RDM simply because it is not possible in RDM to manually sort the (sub) groups under the Sessions in the tree view.
He would like for a specific group to always be available at the top of the treeview list.
I noticed that RDM always sorts the treeview list alphabetically, would it be possible to introduce an option in RDM that would allow for manual sorting of the groups?

Hi,
It's more complicated that what it seems because it's loaded from a database and I can reorganize the records. It's more easy for RoyalTS because it's loaded from an xml in a specific order and only by one user. I will try to find a solution but for now I they only workaround I see is to rename the group with a prefix:
Ex:
GroupA
GroupB
GroupToBeFirst
With become:
(1) GroupToBeFirst
GroupA
GroupB

Yes, that workaround is possible, but not very pretty.
I think if it would be possible to manually change the order per user, independent from the database, that would be ideal.
