Auto Start RemoteDesktopManager

On Windows 7 64 bit even if I run RemoteDesktopManager as an admin I am told it can't set the "auto run at startup" option. So I am adding this manually to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run but I want it to start minimised. Is there a command line option or registry value to make this happen?
