Arrow keys don't work in RDP session (Win2k8r2)

Hello

After some time work on Windows 2008 R2 servers some keys stop translating to server. This keys are arrows and backspace. If I log off from server and reconnect - all ok. But it annoying. With windows 2003 all is ok.

Hi,
Do you have the problem in embedded or external mode ? Can your try both and verify ?

Problem with both. But I've noticed that keys don't work only with some MS mmc's. For example in mmc "Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)" if I want to find some objects - keys don't work in search field. If I restart this mmc again - all fine.

BUT, when I start cmd in same session (when keys don't work - before restart mmc ADUC), keys are working.

I'm confused.

I will continue to monitor for errors and let you know if I find a pattern

Let me know if you find a something, because there is not much I can do, if it's happen externally, it's mean that it's a problem with Microsoft Remote Desktop Client.
