Filter/Search by IP

We use server objects as a top level folder and then we reference either host name or IP address in the sub objects. We cannot find a way to filter by server IP address. As a workaround we end up putting the ip in the description. It seems like something that should be able to be filtered. It's a pretty useful piece of data.

Are you using the filter in the navigation pane? The IP stored in the asset section should be searchable if you enable it:
