RDM Taskbar Icon

I pinned the RDM Icon to my Windows 11 taskbar but when I try to switch from any other app to rdm using taskbard pinned icon it just flashes the rdm launch but never switches to the app. I have the icon for in it in my System Tray and I can switch from there but not from the taskbar for some reason. I'm not sure how I can change this behavior?
