White Screen When Switching Between Multiple RDP Sessions

We have been experiencing issues with the RDM Client since the release of version 2026.3 and the subsequent versions.
Multiple users are experiencing a white screen when switching between multiple open RDP sessions within RDM. The issue occurs very often
image_blurred_username.pngwhen several RDP connections are open and the user switches from one session to another.
Our RDM Client is running in a Citrix environment, and the issue started after we rolled out version 2026.3. The problem has also persisted in the subsequent releases.
Could you please investigate this issue and advise whether it is a known issue or if a fix is available?

we tested with 2026.3.12 and prior versions
citrix version is 2402LTSR CU3

Hello,

This is a known issue which we have been investigating for a while. It is one of the few high priority issues we have left to fix for the 2026.3 release and is our top concern. We've already tried some fixes in previous version which fixed the behavior on our end but a lot of users still report the behavior in the latest version so we are still investigating for a fix.
