Pasing issue with windows rdp connection.
Hi,
I'm having the following issue.
In the past i was able to copy the username and password and past it into a UAC window on a windows vm.
Now width the latest version i can still copy it to my clipboard but cant paste it into the vm.
If i go to Home=> Type clipboard nothing happens.
I've also noticed that if i after selecting type clipboard and than kilk on the field it starts pasting but is missing part of the data.
is there a setting that has changed or because in the past this worked fine.

I got the same issue as well, when i choose "Type clipboard", it will release the focus from original console to the RMD management windows process, therefore this make the type behavior became out of focus, my workaround is to move my cursor and click immediately to the RDP screen after i clicked the "Type clipboard" button.
I hope it could fix it asap.
today installed version 2026.3.12.0 fixes say "Fixed auto-typing the username or password not reaching the embedded session" but still having the same issue.
when i click on Type clipboard nothing happens in the open session only when i click with my mouse on the input it copy's but is missing the first part.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the Type Clipboard feature using the latest version of RDM (2026.3.12.0).
I will report this issue to our development team so they can investigate and work on a fix.
I will follow up with you as soon as a fix becomes available in a future update.

The development team identified the issue and has implemented a fix. The fix is planned for release in version 2026.3.13.0.
