Manage broadcast focus

Hello.

Since some version the "Manage broadcast" window will force the focus.
Meaning, I cannot write in the SSH session while the "Manage broadcast" window is open.

To recreate it I have installed some older Versions:
in 2026.1.16.0 the problem doesnt exist
in 2026.2.5.0 the problem exist

My OS: Windows 11

Is this behaviour intentional or unintentional?
