Contextual menu disappears on hover

I've moved your issue to another thread as it does not seem to be the same thing.

What application is that exactly? I can see this isn't our interface so I assume it is some type of virtual machine handler that is embedded into RDM? From looking at the interface is it the failover cluster manager?

Also what means did you use to embed it into RDM? Did you use the external application entry type?

Thanks for moving the issue to another thread.

It was RDM. I only recorded the area around the menu to prevent the domain name from being shown.

Ok so its the failover cluster through an RDP entry.

Does it happen in any other applications or is it specificly this one that does this? I want to preface this by letting you know that this might be an edge case where not much can be done if it's caused by some weird behavior in the protocol related to that specific application but we will definitely investigate.

Also one of my colleagues would like to know if you reproduce the issue with FreeRDP. It can be configured in the advanced section of your RDP properties

This could help us pinpoint if the issue is on our side or in the third party upon which we have no control.

no, I did not notice this behaviour with any other app.

Yes, it is working fine with FreeRDP, just the picture is not as sharp as with RDP.

Judging from this, there's not much we can do as the problem most certainly lies within the ActiveX from microsoft which we do not have control over.

I would suggest choosing the lesser evil for you between not having the contextual menu in that specific application VS using FreeRDP when you need to interact with that computer/application
