Normally in RDM you can drag/drop the tabs for the various servers you are connected too while connected to them, to reorder them. As of "2026.3.10.0" that no longer seems to work. Sometimes it acts like it's going to let you, but when you let go after dragging, it just goes back to where it was. The tabs aren't pinned. I've used RDM daily for many years now, this is the first time I've run into this. Windows 11. No available updates for Windows or RDM.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about this.

We are aware of this issue with reordering tabs and our development team is working on a fix.

We can reproduce it on our side, but only after dragging tabs around many times.
Once it breaks, tabs can no longer be moved until we close all tabs and restart Remote Desktop Manager.

To help with the investigation, could you tell us if this matches what you see?

  • Does reordering work at first after you start Remote Desktop Manager, then stop working after a while?
  • Or can you not move tabs at all, right from the start?
  • Does closing all tabs and restarting Remote Desktop Manager make it work again for a while?

If something different happens on your side, please describe it and we will pass it on to the team.

Best regards,

Alexis Beauparlant
