Ping feature does not show IP if it fails
We are also seeing rdp rendering issues only part of the screen is visible if you resize the screen it returns.
Also the ping feature used to give you an ip address even it did not reply and now nothing is displayed.

If possible, could you update your RDM to the latest version (2026.3.12.0) and see if the problem persists? This version should resolve your issue.
