Navigator is not showing the contents on top of existing window.

Hi,
I am on the latest version of RDM 2026.3.9.0 64-bit (PreJIT)

When I am in Dashboard tab and click on Navigation tab, All details is shown.

Where as if I opened any instance and click on Navigation tab... the contents are not show, See the attached recording.
