2026.3.8.0 Sucks
I'm a corporate paid customer of RDP Manager, been using it for years. It's always been slow as molasses in Jan regardless of what I run it on, too many features, ridiculous update cadence, mediocre interface, not intuitive and generally just waaaay more complex than it has any need to be. Too much sugar for a nickle, as the saying goes. But for all of the flaws, it's pretty much the only real option, everything else being a much worse alternative. That's the best I can say about RDP Manager- it's better than MSFT's now defunct RDP manager. Everything about Windows seems to be a race to the bottom. But this latest 2026.3.8.0 is a new low. This is absolute garbage. This is BETA software at best, that we are paying for. If you can't do better than this, you need to fire your entire development team, and their management team, issue a public apology, and start over. For me to stop what I am doing to post this is a testament to how ridiculous this is. FIX YOUR SOFTWARE!!!! I'm tired of paying your devs to drink coffee!

I completely understand, and we are working hard to improve the stability. We have already made a lot of fixes in 2026.3.9.0, and we are working on more, coming soon.

Just installed it, still major issues. Navigation tab doesn't work unless pinned, tabs coming off the bar for no reason, blah, blah. Why was this released to the public? I get tired of paying to beta test software. It's bad enough I pay MSFT to beta test their 'enterprise ready software'. At what point did it become acceptable to treat customers like this? People depend on this software to work. If I managed my networks like this, I'd be fired flat out, point blank. This is absurd.
While an attempt to improve the interface is potentially a good thing, what rolled out in production was a broken tab interface.
A key element of the application that was a major hassle to use when the tabs acted sticky or required more than one click to switch/release the tab or it was a delayed release and the tab was off the rails.
The fix, handled the sticky tab effect it but left us with unmovable tabs and a much worse navigation tab interaction.
Not looking good.
