Hi,
i got a problem with the column sizes in the MSSQL Connection.
Part 1: The Query Results:
The size is so small and cant fit the content of the result and is not resizeable.
Part 2: The direct Database Table View:
Here you could resize the columns, but you have to do it for EVERY column. Thats so anoying, that you won't use that tool implementation at all.
So my solution for this would be "Settings" for that column behavior. And please change the Query Result View to be like the direct Table View. So the Settings could be applied for both.
There is so much space for a button "Layout Settings" or something like that.

Thank you for the detailed feedback and the screenshots. They make both problems very clear.
Query results: You're right that the results grid currently uses fixed column widths that can't be resized. We already have an internal request to rework how query results are displayed, including a proper grid view.
Table view: Columns can be resized there, but only one at a time. The widths aren't auto-fitted to the content, and they aren't remembered.
I'll forward your suggestions internally to the team working on that rework: making the query results behave like the table view, auto-fitting column widths, and adding a layout setting that applies to both. I'll ask them whether this fits into the current rework. Once I hear back, I'll update here if it would be better to open a separate improvement request.
