quick search on status bard

Thank you for the request, I've opened an internal ticket.

Out of curiosity, do you use the quick connect in the status bar as well? I'm thinking that it might be very crowded if we allow putting both on the status bar, so we'll have to think about how to handle these cases.

Hello,

We've added customization option so you can change the location of the "Quick search" box in the same way that you can change the location of the "Quick connect" (context menu when right clicking the status bar). This will be available with the upcoming verison, 2026.3.9
