Can't detect and open SecureCRT session

While creating new Entry as secureCRT, I am getting the attached screenshot. How to fix this issue?

Hello,
Could you paste the details instead of the screenshot? I think it's also in the application logs. You can use 'Search Everywhere' to find it in the header.
