RDM not pulling agent information for Gateways (using Devolutions Cloud)

Hi guys,

Just noticed in RDM when clicking on the Administer Gateways tab. when i click on the desired gateway and then click on the diagnostics tab, i get a cross on the agent installed information even though i have a agent installed on gateway.

We use devolutions cloud as well.

Thank you for reaching out to Devolutions Support.

I was able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing, where the Devolutions Agent status is incorrectly reported as offline in the Devolutions Gateway diagnostic panel.

I will report this bug to our development team so they can investigate and work on a fix.

I will follow up with you as soon as a fix becomes available in a future update.
