Restore the option to hide the session tab bar entirely (Windows client, 2026.3+)

A customer reported that, before upgrading to RDM 2026.3, they could completely hide the tab bar displayed above or beside an open session. This allowed them to reclaim additional screen space for the session view.

Since upgrading, the customer can no longer find this option. Under File > Settings > User Interface > Tab Bar, the available settings only allow users to change the tab position or enable Shrink tabs to fit.

The customer would like the ability to completely hide the tab bar to be restored for users who do not need it and prefer to maximize the available session space.
