2326.3.5.0- Tab Options Broken

In the latest update it seems that there are a few bugs in relation to the tabs. The first is that the option for Multi-Row Tabs no longer exists, and you can only use the scroll or drop down options.

The other thing I'm seeing is with dragging a server tab. Dragging a tab out of the "main" window to stand alone as a secondary window for a moment and then dragging it back to the main window to join the other tabs you have opened, it will automatically default to the first spot vs. allowing you to choose the location you want to drop the tab. You can then drag it over to the specific location you want. With the tabs not stacking into multiple rows as they did previously this is causing issues with needing to scroll, then trying to move a tab which then detaches to a secondary window, then it'll place itself in the first spot regardless of you wanting to just move over one tab. In previous builds you were able to drag a secondary window over to your location of choice and drop vs. needing this extra step.
