Black screen issue on Windows

You are running version 2025.3.32.0, which is about a year behind our current release. Several fixes for embedded web sessions have shipped since then, so I would start by updating Remote Desktop Manager through Help, then Check for updates.

If the issue persist, would it be possible for you to create a portable installation of the latest version of RDM and see if this issue still occurs? To do so, you will need to follow the steps in our knowledge base (https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/knowledge-base/how-to-articles/portable-remote-desktop-manager-version).

Be sure to close RDM before opening the portable installation.

This test will allow us to rule out your local RDM installation as a possible cause for this issue.
