Resizing Columns in Navigation Pane Not Working

When we have more than one column in the navigation pane, it seems we are not able to resize them right now (at least, not reliably). If I click on the "divider", the line appears for a brief second as if it will let me resize, but then it disappears, and dragging while holding my click does nothing.

If I try to click and then drag super quickly after clicking and then let go quick (so the whole resize attempt takes 1s or less), it will sometimes work - maybe 1 out of 4 or 5 tries. But any resize attempt that takes any length of time seems to just fail silently, and even the very "quick" attempts usually don't work.

This is in v2026.2.19.0 (just upgraded today).
