RDM. Downloads manager for embedded WebView2 sessions.

When using a website entry with the embedded WebView2 browser, provide a persistent downloads panel that lists each download’s URL, filename, status, bytes downloaded, failure reason, and offers retry or resume, open file, open folder, and clear completed. This would expose what WebView2 already tracks and make bulk downloads workable without relying on an external browser.

Thank you for the request, we'll have to see what the APIs offer on the Webview2 side but I assume it's possible. I will open a ticket on our side.
