Can you manually restore all config (profile/sessions) on a new computer?

Main system crashed but I managed to make a copy of the data stored in Users\Username\AppData\Local\Devolutions.

Is there a way to import or copy this raw data over to a new system to restore session bookmarks and application settings? I don't really care about any saved passwords, those are not essential. I mainly need the sessions.
