Putty com serial connection

I am not being asked to overwrite, append when I connect via putty. It does at least write the logs

Also, when i paste several commands, i do not get a pop-up to validate the commands.

I've opened a ticket so we can add proper support for the log overwrite.
For the paste, do you mean the feature where if you have a multi-line paste, it asks for a confirmation? If so, we will also check if it's possible to add, as I don't see why it shouldn't be available.

with my serial connection is just paste without this warning. So is there a logging is just with serial connections, because my ssh sessions work as expected.

Perfect thank you for the clarification, I wanted to be sure we were talking about the same window/feature. I took a look at the code and it's indeed not implemented right now but I think it should be simple to. It should be available in our next minor update of 2026.3 (whether it's a beta or ends up being the full release).
